First Meeting of the New Year! - Updated time

Hooray for 2010! The first meeting of the year is on the calendar.

When: Saturday, February 27TH at 1: OO PM
Where: Jim and Lora Mc Cabe's house in Mammoth Spring.

Go North on Rte 9, about 2 miles from Rte 63. When you see storage on both sides of the road, look for Hidden Hill about 1/4 mile up. It will be on the right (on the left, you will see a VFW sign). Turn right into Hidden Hill and go about 1/2 mile. We are the 2nd house on the left.

We will play an educational DVD about working with draft horses.

Homemade Logging Equipment

Ira King is logging with 18 yr old Lady, a gray Percheron mare, and Molly, a Suffolk mare.
He made his own cart, tongue and eveners. He logs with a New England D Ring harness.
